Weddings at DaMinyan
Mazal tov on your upcoming marriage, we are so excited to celebrate with you.

To help with your wedding preparations, please follow the below easy steps:

STEP ONE:

Please complete the following three legal forms and submit them to Rabbi Moshe Kahn no less than 31 days prior to your wedding date.

These form can be emailed to [email protected] or printed and brought to your meeting.

FORM ONE: Notice of Intended Marriage,

FORMS TWO & THREE: Declaration of no legal impediment to marriage AND Official certificate of marriage.

STEP TWO:

Please email identification documents for both the bride and groom to [email protected]

The accepted documents are either:

A current Australian or foreign passport that states your place of birth.

OR an original birth certificate, together with government issue photo ID, such as your driver's license.

STEP THREE:

Please click here to register your wedding with the Melbourne Beth Din.

STEP FOUR:

Complete and submit the below DaMinyan application:
